Self-Care Sunday
Stand Up4 Mental Health – Wellbeing Festival & Open Mic

On Sunday 12 May, Londoners from all walks of life will join Self Care Sunday UK, a first of its kind grassroots mental health movement put on for the people by the people.

I’ll be leading a one-hour workshop at the event and also dusting off my guitar and taking to the mic in the last hour (!!). Here’s what’s what:

Rewriting the stories that shape you

A one-day workshop with Hazel Gale and designer Sarah Hyndman

Combining Hazel’s scientific understanding of personal change with Sarah’s Type Tasting magic, this workshop helps individuals who want to develop their communication skills, creativity, lateral thinking, empathy and self-command.

UK Hypnosis Convention, 2018

I’ll be leading a one-hour workshop on the first day of this three-day event. My session will explore these questions:
Why is self-sabotage such a common phenomenon?
What is the mind trying to achieve when it causes us to hit the self-destruct button?
What can we do to take back control?

Festival of Doers, Zurich 2018


The Festival of Doers is a wonderful initiative for female entrepreneurs, business owners and other types of “doer”. 

I spoke at the London event in January this year and have been asked back to present at the Zürich event in September. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this community. Highly recommend!
