Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a solution focused and brief style of therapy. What this means is that my aim is to help you reach your goal in the shortest possible period of time.
We’ll calibrate your progress as we go, and you’ll be in control of the number and frequency of sessions that you have.
Some people get what they want in as few as two or three meetings, others see me for longer.
I recommend you book sessions one and two with approximately a week in between. After that, a break of two to three weeks between meetings is optimum.
Those who continue working with me over a more prolonged period (especially athletes and performers who consider this work an ongoing requirement of their career), return for sessions every few months or as they feel appropriate.
75 minutes (allow for 90)
(Recommended for those who are pressed for time and would like to get going with an in-depth process as well as the issue analysis in session one)
If you’d like to pre-book your first three sessions you will receive a discount of £35.
3 x 75 minute sessions
£550 paid up front (full price: £585).
This also means that you can secure your desired sessions in the diary.
I’m pretty active on social media and frequently post articles that my clients find helpful for the maintenance of a healthy psychological state. Please feel free to join the community!
Sessions are available at my office in Hoxton, N1 (see below for directions).
I see international clients and those who cannot travel by Skype or FaceTime.
If you’d like to take an online self-help course (with personal support) rather than engage in one-to-one therapy, read more about my Thought Engineering courses here.
