No. of sessions
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is a solution-focused and brief style of therapy. What this means is that my aim is to help you reach your goal in the shortest possible period of time.
We’ll calibrate your progress as we go, and you’ll be in control of the number and frequency of sessions that you have.
Some people get what they want in as few as two or three meetings, others see me for longer.
I recommend you book sessions at two- to three-week intervals.
Those who continue working with me over a more prolonged period (especially athletes and performers who consider this work an ongoing requirement of their career), return for sessions every few months or as they feel appropriate.
75 minutes (allow for 90)
Occasionally, when clients are pressed for time, we start with a longer meeting. This means we can get going on some in-depth processes right away. If you’d like to do this, please contact me to discuss whether it seems appropriate.
2.5 – 3 hours
If you’d like to pre-book your first three sessions you can do so at a discounted rate. This option is advisable over individual bookings due to my waiting list, which can extend to three months.
3 x 75 minute sessions
£650 paid up front (full price: £705)
Sessions are available at my office in Haggerston/Hoxton, (see below for directions).
I see international clients and those who cannot travel by Zoom or FaceTime.
